Cold/Flu Clinic Procedure

Our community’s health and safety has always been our #1 priority. Although the pandemic has passed, it is always important to prevent the spread of infectious disease.

We have medical masks available for patients and staff! Please ask the front desk when you arrive.

If you are feeling unwell, please be considerate of the health of your practitioner and other patients, and please reschedule your appointment.

Please Reschedule If:

You are experiencing cold / flu like symptoms

Please Wear a Mask If:

You are feeling generally unwell, but you are not experiencing cold / flu symptoms

You are immunocompromised, or live with someone who is immunocompromised

When You Arrive:

If you have brought a mask, please have your mask on before entering the clinic and sanitize your hands once you enter

If you have not brought a mask but need one, please ask the staff at the front desk and they will provide one for you and your practitioner

If you are unsure whether or not you are well enough to keep your appointment, please either call the clinic before your appointment, or speak with the staff at the front desk

After Your Appointment:

Your physiotherapist can book your return appointment with you to reduce the time spent in the reception area

Use contactless payment if available

Use the hand sanitizer at reception before leaving the clinic
